Known for its rich biodiversity, the Sanskardham campus is filled with green fields, luminous trees, lively plants, and organic farms with home-grown crops.
The institute follows and facilitates the nature-centric development of its students in every aspect. To foster eco-friendly practices, the school has a specially curated Eco-club that aims to create awareness among the students about nurturing the environment.
It conducts several student activities such as bird watching, planting trees, soil testing, and organic farming and educates students about the different elements of nature throughout these programs. Furthermore, the club holds celebrations on environmental days like World Ozone Day and Environment Day every year.
Around our campus, students are encouraged to follow various sustainable practices that help conserve nature and our surroundings. Through all these consistent efforts by our students and faculty, Sanskardham has been recognized and certified as a zero-carbon and emission-free campus.
Amidst our green fields, a dedicated space named as, ‘Panchvati’, has been created to grow Ayurvedic medicinal plants. The students help our on-campus farmers in making our natural compost and nurturing these natural medicinal plants while learning about their uses, values, and benefits. Throughout the winter, the campus is home to flocks of migratory birds that can be seen around our beautiful ponds.
Students are often taken on educational tours around Sanskardham where they learn about the migration season, the variety of trees, and facts about plantations that can be seen on every corner at Sanskardham. On our mission towards incorporating various environmental-friendly practices on our campus, we aim to see our students grow into individuals who practice, preach, and acknowledge sustainable development throughout their lives.
