In the 21st century, talking about mental health is crucial. Depression or anxiety can result from multiple reasons such as inability to adjust to the environment, lack of understanding of concepts, language barriers, cultural differences, and many more. We believe in creating a supportive and stigma-free atmosphere at Sanskardham that is receptive to every student’s unique needs.

‘Sangi Saathi’ & ‘Bloom’, our well-being center, focuses on the students’ psychological, physical and emotional well-being and inculcates positive values in the community. Students are encouraged to attend workshops, seminars, and webinars and can access in-house counseling support to learn tools to help them emerge as stronger individuals. Our dedicated well-being warriors work closely with the center to spread awareness, identify students facing mental issues and guide them to appropriate communication channels.

The campus also has trained faculty and experts that provide career guidance, remedial support and work towards students’ welfare by creating a friendly, confidential, and safe space for students to discuss their mental and emotional well-being. The campus is filled with trees, plants, and luscious green gardens to instill a sense of calmness and peace. Our various initiatives like yoga sessions and workshops on physical fitness, sports, and recreation ensure the physical well-being of every student.

In the spirit of organizing every initiative to keep our students healthy, happy and active, we conduct various activities such as deep listening sessions and conflict resolution programs to relieve stress and be present for our student’s emotional and mental needs.
